Return Policy

  • You must call for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before making any return!
  • All returns made to Wicked Rigs must be in the original box with all parts and original documentation included.
  • All returns must be sent with a copy of the original receipt and an explanation of the problem and must have an RMA#.
  • All returns for full credit must be received by Wicked Rigs within 30 days of the product being received by the customer. (Determined by Tracking Information)
  • The customer is 100% responsible for all shipping costs on returned merchandise.
  • Credit(s) will be issued after the product and its contents are inspected and found to be in brand new condition as shipped to the buyer.
  • Some products may carry a restocking fee of 5%-20% on returns, this includes but is not limited to special orders, direct shipment and/or the manufactures' return policy. Wicked Rigs reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any product being returned.
  • Shipments refused by, you, the customer and returned back to Wicked Rigs will carry an automatic 25% restocking fee deducted from the total credit owed.
  • Wicked Rigs will NOT refund any shipping costs or transaction fees from the original purchase.

Some Circumstances in which credit will NOT be issued, but not limited to are as follows :

  • Product has been installed and/or used.
  • Product has been damaged from an attempt to be installed and/or used.
  • Product is shipped back without the original box, instruction manual, original documentation, and/or parts.
  • Seal on electrical parts has been broken.
  • The product serial number does not match that of which was originally shipped to the buyer/purchaser.
  • Product is deemed not resalable by Wicked Rigs due to customers' own actions in dealing with the product.
  • International orders will NOT be returned due to customs and other shipping related fees and issues.

NOTE:
All Edge Products, Superchips, DiabloSport, and Banks Power product returns will not be accepted without an RMA # from the manufacturer. Once you have received the manufacturers' RMA # you still MUST get an RMA # from Wicked Rigs. Once the product is returned and inspected you will be issued a Store Credit or Exchange.

Core Returns
All core returns must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in order to receive credit. A core return slip will be within the product packaging and must be fully completed and sent back with the core in order to receive full credit. A second core return slip will also be emailed to the address used during purchase. A copy of the core return slip MUST also be sent to Wicked Rigs via email or fax. You, the customer, are responsible all core return shipping costs. Please make sure to get a tracking number for your core return in order to verify receipt by the manufacturer. If a tracking number is not provided to us within 30 days, core charges will not be refunded! Please allow 3-6 weeks for your core refund, as this is a long process and we or the manufacturers will have to verify core quality and acceptance.

Warranty
Wicked Rigs does not manufacture any of the products they carry and therefore do not imply nor offer any warranty on them. All product warranties if any, implied have been done so at the discretion of the manufacturer. If you need warranty assistance on any product you've purchased, please contact the manufacturer directly. Wicked Rigs is also not responsible for any damage done to a vehicle due to misuse and or abuse.
