The boost bolt was designed with the "do it yourself" guy in mind. The boost bolt will eliminate having to drill and tap into the intake manifold in order to install a typical mechanical boost gauge. Just simply remove one of the itake manifold bolts, install the boost bolt, torque to 12 FT/LBS, and attach the proper fittings and line...your done.
